Refund Policy

The Essential and Deluxe Readings are digital products composed and delivered immediately after purchase. As such, all sales are final once the reading has been delivered.
Two exceptions
We will refund or resend in two specific cases.
- The reading fails to deliver. If the PDF does not arrive at the email you provided at checkout, we will resend it or refund the order in full. Most delivery failures are caused by an email-address typo or by spam filters; please check your spam folder first, then write to us.
- The reading is materially incorrect. If the wrong name was rendered, the wrong birth date was used, or the file is corrupted, we will resend a corrected version at no cost. If a corrected version cannot be produced to your satisfaction, we will refund the order in full.
What is not refundable
Because each reading is composed on demand using compute time and is delivered within minutes, refunds are not issued for simple change of mind, dissatisfaction with the literary tone of the prose, or disagreement with the numerological interpretation. The reading is presented as a contemplative work in the Pythagorean tradition; reasonable people may read it differently.
How to request a refund
Write to reports@sacrednamegenerator.com with the email you used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within seven business days back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of writing to us first, we will respond to the dispute with the order record, the email log, and the delivered PDF. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly: it is faster, less costly for both sides, and almost always solvable. Please write to us first.
